WRONG SHIPPING ADDRESS OR PRODUCT
You are advised that you may check product and shipping information order does not fulfill by our carrier, we can help you change the address once (one-time) before shipping for free. However, we do not guarantee that you will be satisfied with our choice of response if the situation becomes complex. We reserve the right to act accordingly to what will not hurt the business, but we will strive to satisfy you.
If the order has been shipped, we could give you the carrier’s information to change it, but this cannot be successful every time, you should be responsible for yourself. And we would not refund in this situation unless we receive the mail back products in unopened, unused condition.

Return/Cancellation Policy
* Please note when making an order on our site, you are agreeing that you understand our Terms of Use as well as our Return Policy.
* Order cannot be cancelled once it is submitted. Customers can request for a return by sending an email to sales@xtacybeauty.com.
* All clearance and special sales are final and we no not accept returns on it.
* We do not accept any return requests after 10 days of the package being delivered; you must contact us within this time period. There will be a 20-30% restocking fee charged to all returning items. Refunds for returning items will be issued.
* We currently do not accept returns for international orders.
* Qualifying items must be in new condition and in the original packaging with no signs of being displayed or worn. This includes smells of perfume, oils, pet odor or smoke.
* We must receive the return items within 7 business days of the return request. Any returned item that was not approved will be sent back to the customer and shipping will not be credited.
* In the event that you receive an incorrect or defective item, please contact us at sales@xtacybeauty.com within 48 hours of the item being delivered. In the email, please provide your name, order number, and an image of the incorrect or defective item. A return instruction will be sent via email. If the item is not available, we will provide a refund for the item. In any situation, we shall not send a replacement until the return item arrives to the store and is approved.
